So today I hate allot of Fast food because of the activity i was doing this morning and then later this afternoon. My day started at 5:45am had to get ready and be in Brigham City by 6:45 for an volunteer job I did at the Brigham City Temple walking around the grounds doing security. at 10:45 I downloaded Walkroid which counts steps and gives a distance. So in 1 hr I walked 2.52 Miles. Not too bad if i say so! Ate at McDonald's on my way home, changed and took my wife to the Doctor, then headed to Walmart. I was thirsty so we stopped and got a drink, I got water it tasted so good, and a Sonic Cheeseburger. I had not had one of them since College and it was so good. Unknown to me I did not realize how many calories were in the sandwich, when I got home I was mortified! Its weird how I ate less today and have more total calories then all day yesterday. One good thing is the Total Carbs is down, Fiber is down which is not good, Sugars are way down, and protein is up! A co-worker told me to eat 1g Protein for every pound I weight, but that 200g is enough!
So tonight will be a protein shake with 20g in it, and a small meal to not go over the 2400 calories a day!
